NUCO has the technology and experience to manufacture sheet metal parts from the Radial-Axial Bulge Forming Process. This process can produce complex parts that cannot be formed from a single sheet metal blank with traditional stamping processes. Bulge formed parts are more accurate, consistent and lower in cost than parts welded from multiple stamped parts. Bulged formed parts can be manufactured from corrosion resistant steel (CRES), nickel alloys, titanium and aluminum.
